Joe, the owner of Call A Jet, was so thoughtful throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the right route to fit our needs. Cleo was so calm and comfortable on the plane, which made me feel so relieved as a dog mom, and the flight attendant even had special treats waiting for her on board.
